Account Manager

Job Description

ROIworks is looking for an Account Manager who is deeply knowledgeable about paid acquisition and conversion, is committed to outstanding client service, and data-driven. Most of all, we’re looking for people who are rabidly focused on getting measurable results.

As an Account Manager, you will own the day-to-day relationship between the ROIworks Growth Team and its clients. You will also be responsible for leading strategy and delegating tactics internally. This role will provide you with a great opportunity to further develop your skills as a balanced digital marketer.

Required Experience

  • 5+ years of digital marketing experience (PPC/SEM and/or CRO and/or web design)
  • Highly personable, with strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent organization, attention to detail and project management skills
  • Enthusiasm for working in a team; ability to establish good rapport with colleagues
  • Commitment to integrity, strong work ethic and positive attitude
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment
  • Self-motivated, results-driven

Desired Experience

  • Proficient in developing omnichannel strategy
  • Hands-on paid acquisition management experience. You don’t need to be an expert but you have to be comfortable with Adwords, Bing Ads, etc.
  • Email marketing management
  • CRO, UX experience
  • Agency experience
