George has 15 years' experience helping both Fortune 1000 companies and startups with SEO, PPC, and CRO. His clients include Trinet, TRUSTe, Union Bank, American Greetings, Headspace, Mayvenn, DxO, 3PAR (HP), UCLA Anderson, COIT Cleaners, Bentley Motors Corp, GetInsured, and Saatchi Art, among others.

George first started offering SEO and web design services to clients in 1996 and sold his first agency to Shugart Matson Young in 1998. He serves as an advisor to a number of startup founders, having previously founded a bootstrapped SaaS analytics startup, co-founded a machine-learning based personal shopping assistant, and led growth and marketing for a startup through its IPO (Cybergold-NASD).

Kyle Gaudreau VP of Client Services

As VP of Client Services, Kyle oversees the strategic direction of ROIworks’ clients. He has over 9 years of digital marketing experience, focused on paid acquisition and analytics. When he is not writing about himself in the third person, Kyle enjoys spending his time finding the missed opportunities for his clients that really lead to rapid growth.

Prior to joining ROIworks, Kyle led high-performing marketing teams at various digital agencies; where he worked with clients ranging from large B2C brands to B2B SaaS startups.

Outside of work, Kyle is typically spending his time traveling or exploring his passion for music.

Ian Howie Director of Analytics

Ian heads up our Analytics practice and manages our growing team of digital analysts. He has over 13 years of online marketing experience, with deep knowledge of PPC, Analytics, and Conversion Optimization.

Prior to coming to ROIworks, Ian spent several years as head of the PPC and Analytics practice at Conversion Rate Experts, a top UK-based conversion optimization agency. He also had a stint heading up Digital Analytics for Fuel, a part of the Engine Group in London.

Ian got his start in digital advertising when he founded and ran 1UpSearch, an early PPC and SEO agency, until its eventual sale.

He has also been a contributor to the Wordtracker Academy since 2008 and had published two Wordtracker books on Google AdWords, including one on advanced bid management strategies.

Andrew Van Wart Designer/Developer

One of the Bay Area's original adopters of Responsive Web Design principles (RWD), Andrew is our front end developer responsible for executing and engineering solutions from UI to fully functional responsive web solutions. He is also well versed in visual design and has a passion for making informed, data-driven design decisions.

Prior to ROIworks, Andrew was principal front-end web developer at Practice Fusion and was instrumental in the company's growth initiatives. He also served as instructor and lecturer at Academy of Art University and developed his very own course entitled Principles of Digital Media, which continues to be a prerequisite course for Digital Media students to this day.

Outside of work, Andrew enjoys the physical world of cycling, gardening, and caring for his cat.
